It’s important to avoid contacting the law firm recommended by your state agent, because you need an unbiased lawyer in Spain, in order to avoid problems. Besides unbiased, your requirements when finding a conveyancing solicitor must meet: English speaker and specialized in property law. Being a Spain based conveyancing solicitor is really important too, in order to ensure he or she knows Spain’s property laws.
